t seems I have hit the ground running this summer – The summer Art Appreciation class I am teaching is coming to an end. A nice group of students. I will now focus on the fiber art exhibition I am co-producing with Andrea Huffman. It is entitled “Fresh Design: Fiber Art in the New Millenium.” FAU will be hosting the exhibition at the 2nd Ave Studio Gallery in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The applications are in – the selections of exhibiting artists are to be announced very soon. This will be an exciting and re-“freshing” exhibition to open mid-July – a not to be missed exhibit of quality fiber art from throughout southeast Florida. June 2012
